Trash Out King Founder, a licensed real estate agent, discovered trash removal was an essential necessity when preparing properties for the next step of an owners marketing plan while assisting with the preparation and completion of countless BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions.)

As a new Full-Time agent it was obvious after six months of stepping over trash to obtain accurate BPO information for Property Asset Management Companies, Financial Institutions and REO Investment Groups, he needed to make a formal inquiry regarding who was responsible for removing the trash and debris from properties.

Compensation from BPO work was instrumental to “making ends meet” as a new real estate agent but as a former owner of two small businesses, the Founder of Trash Out King knew this was an opportunity to leverage the forged relationships of providing great BPO work with fulfilling an essential need.

Which ultimately resulted in Trash Out King being established!

Being equipped with the keen knowledge and understanding of what is required to successfully Prepare, Present, and Position properties to be sold or rented has greatly contributed to Trash Out King continued success!

Trash Out King understanding that high quality work results in high returns for property owners! When there are less unkept vacant properties in a community, the preception of the community is also greatly affected.

The initial great work to remove trash and debris from the interior of properties afforded the opportunity to quickly expand Trash Out King services. Property owners, managers, and agents requested Initial Yard Care services, Sales Cleans and other services like removing water from flooded basements and stained carpet from interior rooms.

As the Trash Out King client list quickly expanded, it was clear many items being removed and disposed of from properties were reusable. The Founder of Trash Out King decided to implement aTrash Out King Recycling and Repurposing plan.

When QUALITY furniture, appliances and other usable household items are discovered inside properties, EVERYTHING is DONATED, to local non-profits organizations and charities!

ALL items are delivered and presented at NO COST to the receiving organization or charity.

We understand items left in a house are often a result of a family experiencing financial hardship and not having the resources to pay for storage. Conversely, we also know many families who are forced to start over do not have the means to furnish or purchase necessities when entering a new living situation. Trash Out King is honored to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
