NO – We do not provide individual item pick up services. We specialize in removing trash, debris from entire homes, buildings, and other structures.

Our pricing is based on cubic yards calculation. 1 cubic yard of debris is charged at a rate of $65.00. 1 cubic yard is the size of a “washing machine.” If you envision your debris inside the width of a washing machine, you can get an idea of how many cubic yards of trash you have and multiply it by $65.00. (Example -10 cubic yards of Trash x $65.00 = $650

NO – The total amount expressed on the bid is the FINAL cost to complete the job. We DO NOT add ANY additional fees after the bid is accepted!

The property is visited, inspected, and photographed. All trash, debris and furniture is accounted for utilizing Cubic Yards metrics and a bid is submitted for consideration with detailed photos.

Our crew is provided with the address of property, arrive 30 minutes before agreed upon time, park our truck(s) at the end of the street and await Local Authority, Listing Agent. After property is cleared or occupants are served, our crew will proceed to evaluate interior and exterior for items to be removed from property. Before, during and after photographs are taken and submitted with Invoice for payment.

Yes, Trash Out King has a 1 million dollar General Liability insurance policy. If your company needs to be added as an Additional Insured, our staff will take care of it, and provide an Additional Insured Certificate for your records.

Our crew travels throughout the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. However, there is an ADDITIONAL TRAVEL CHARGE if services are rendered outside of our general Service Work Area.

The additional per mile service charge is deducted from the final cost IF OUR BID is successfully accepted. The MAXIMUM number of additional miles we travel beyond our initial Service Work Area is 50 miles.

Traditionally we charge and require the Trip Fee to be paid before a property is initially evaluated.

Trip Fees are ONLY charged for EACH additional mile AFTER the first 30 MILES. Each mile thereafter is charged at a rate of $4.50 per mile. If a bid is accepted to complete the work, the initial trip fee is deducted from the total amount due.

NO – Our Property Evaluation Repair Report ONLY addresses repairs visibly seen while touring the exterior and interior of a property. Included with each repair is an ESTIMATE of cost to make the necessary repairs when considering to prepare the property for the open market. We DO NOT provide ANY MLS data like “Comps” with our report and photographs.

NO – We provide ALL equipment, materials and supplies at no additional charge to our clients

We will NOT remove and haul away any HAZARDOUS materials. This would include but not be limited to items that are corrosive, explosive flammable or poisonous.

If we discover ANY items deemed hazardous, we will notify you accordingly after the initial property evaluation is completed and photographs taken.
